Popular known as “the Venice of America” due to its 300 miles of inland waterways which run through Greater Fort Lauderdale. Fort Lauderdale is a city in the southeastern part of Florida and a very popular tourist destination, attracting over 13 million tourists a year. 

The city is lined with upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, boutiques, and luxury hotels catering to vacationers and businesspeople who want to spend time in the city without leaving it. Each of the city's beaches has at least one hotel-and some have two or three establishments per neighborhood.
