Do you remember those Chicken Soup for the Soul books? 🍲That’s what Retreat’s #peopleops offsite felt like - except the soup was some pretty amazing people, learnings, and laughter.

Employee engagement, remote work, and burnout were crucial topics. Conversations with inspiring leaders like Marti Sollenberger, Kim Minnick, and Darcy Marie Boles were invaluable, particularly during these challenging times. The Retreat team did an excellent job, and I can't wait to share my learnings at the next People Ops Leaders session. It was a remarkable community event!

Retreat hosted a killer offsite last fall for a small group of People Operations professionals. I was excited to meet and learn with other individuals in the HR space, and Retreat’s planning and execution of the event were flawless. I can’t wait to partner with them for my next team event!

The Retreat team has gone above and beyond in creating a community for People Ops Leaders to connect and share ideas as well as work through challenges together. They provide webinars on a variety of People Ops related topics. They even arranged for an off-site in which we saw their retreat planning talent at work. They plan retreats that have the right balance of meeting time and socializing/having fun. It is evident they are passionate about what they do, and they do it well.

Retreat's People Ops offsite exceeded my expectations, boosting my confidence and network. Meeting fellow startup professionals in the same role, discussing our common challenges was eye-opening. The workshops were practical and enlightening, and the peer conversations were inspiring. The experience was educational and fun; I'd gladly do it again.
