Our community was created to help solve the unique challenges faced by People Ops professionals in remote work environments. We provide resources, support, and a network of like-minded professionals to help tackle issues such as communication, culture, and engagement, with the goal of creating more effective and successful remote teams.
People Ops Leaders is for People Operations, Chief of Staff, and HR Founders who work remotely. You don't have to be a Retreat customer to apply.
Online Membership provides access to a six-week online course and limited-time Slack access. Retreat Membership includes participation in the June Napa Offsite, networking with exclusive People Ops members, and the opportunity to attend valuable workshops there.
Our goal is to support People Ops Leaders in constructing building strong teams and healthy company cultures. With People Ops Leaders, we aim to eliminate the barriers that People Ops encounter when building remote teams, making it easier for them to manage human resources matters from afar.
We will select candidates who are focused on team building to improve the future of work. Our team will consider professional experience, aspirations, and passion when reviewing cohort applications.
If you are not chosen in the selection process, a refund will be processed within 24 hours of notification.
Due to the international reach of our applicants, we understand the challenges posed by different time zones. Therefore, we will record all virtual workshops to accommodate varying schedules.
Online membership is free of charge, but it involves a selection process. The fee for each individual to participate is $2,050 + 3%. This amount covers online courses, accommodations for the Cancun Offsite, food and beverage expenses, as well as attendance costs.
As per venue contracts, refunds are restricted. Passes bought before April 26th, 2023 are 100% refundable within 48 hours. For post-April 26th purchases, no refunds are possible.
