Hotel Emma

Opened in spring 2015, Hotel Emma occupies the historic Pearl Brewery, a landmark on the north side of downtown San Antonio, Texas, since 1895. The new property specializes in "swoon-worthy cuisine, flawless service, and splendid interiors" in everything from the lobby, restaurant, bar, and meeting rooms to the 146 accommodations.

The hotel's illustrious chef, John Brand, adds to the mixed-use neighborhood's burgeoning reputation as a culinary mecca. Known simply as Pearl, the food-focused district combines contemporary and historical buildings and features cutting-edge restaurants, a weekly farmer's market, a campus of the Culinary Institute of America, trendy retail shops, picturesque green space, the Pearl Stable entertainment venue, and an amphitheater along San Antonio's famous River Walk.
