Cooper Hotel, Conference Center & Spa lies at the heart of the world-renowned Cooper Aerobics Center in north Dallas, Texas. Groups have access to 61 spacious guest rooms, including 12 suites, and 8,000 square feet of IACC-certified conference space. Gatherings of 8 to 250 members meet in eight rooms, six with plentiful natural light and all with state-of-the-art presentation equipment and free property-wide Wi-Fi. One of the rooms—The Cookery—contains an interactive kitchen designed for cooking lessons.

Groups also enjoy free Continental breakfast, full-service catering, custom team building, and free access to the Cooper Spa and Cooper Fitness Center. The latter, a 50,000-square-foot facility (joining 30 acres of grounds), features the latest workout equipment and classes, a mile of cushioned jogging track, four tennis courts, two pools, and the health-minded Cedars Woodfire Grill.
