What prompted you to organize an offsite event? Who initiated it?
🌞 We do annual summer offsites (our first one was last year in Lisbon 🇵🇹), the idea came from our Co-Founders 🙌
It's the perfect chance to bring everyone together, reflect on the first half of the year, and align on what's next for the business
Plus, it's a brilliant opportunity for team bonding 🤝 strengthening relationships, boosting collaboration and making great memories along the way 💬🎉

Why did you choose Dubrovnik and this particular hotel?
Our Founder visited Dubrovnik last year with his family and had a fantastic experience. Just a short 2-hour flight from London, it struck the perfect balance – offering a mix of culture, relaxation, and adventure to suit a variety of tastes and preferences.
Can you provide an overview of the Dubrovnik offsite?
✈️ Flew out together as a team and kicked things off with hotel check-in followed by a presentation reflecting on H1 and where the brand & product are headed next
🍽️ Night 1: Dinner, drinks and a stroll around Old Town to set the vibe for the trip
🛥️ Day 2: 7-hour boat trip – island hopping, snorkelling, paddle boarding, and lunch by the water 🏖️
