The experience is what you feel throughout it rather than simply what you see, which defines it as an "adventure." As you plunge over the rapids, adrenaline races through your veins. The river's spray splashing in your face. The unexpected sensation of your stomach dropping when you cross a torrent (even a small one).

Team members may learn to work together and communicate with one another through the highs, lows, and thrills. They would also need to develop their problem-solving skills and learn to either jump over obstacles as they appear or do so!
