The river's spray splashing in your face. The unexpected sensation of your stomach dropping when you cross a torrent (even a small one).

Team members may learn to work together and communicate with one another through the highs, lows, and thrills. They would also need to develop their problem-solving skills and learn to either jump over obstacles as they appear or do so!
